We provide water filtration and treatment services, including but not limited to RO system installation, commercial filtration plant setup, filter cleaning and sanitization, repair and maintenance, annual maintenance contracts (AMC), and the sale of related parts and accessories (filters, membranes, cartridges) through our online shop.
Prices shown on the Site for services are indicative ("starting from") unless stated otherwise. Final pricing is confirmed after a free site visit and water assessment. Product prices in our shop are as listed at checkout and may change without prior notice; the price at the time you complete an order applies to that order.
When you submit a quote request, service request, or booking through this Site, you are requesting an appointment, not confirming a fixed contract. We will contact you (typically via WhatsApp or phone) to confirm scheduling, final pricing, and scope of work before any service is performed.
Orders placed through our online shop are confirmed once we contact you via WhatsApp to verify order details. We currently accept Cash on Delivery; other payment methods may be added and will be indicated at checkout when available. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order, including in cases of stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud, in which case we will notify you.
Delivery timeframes for shop orders are estimates and may vary by location. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control (e.g. weather, courier delays, incorrect address information).
Installations carried out by our technicians include a service warranty as specified at the time of quotation (typically covering workmanship and system function for a stated period). This warranty covers defects in installation, not damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modification, power surges, or failure to perform recommended maintenance. Warranty terms for specific services will be confirmed in writing or via WhatsApp at the time of booking.
You may reschedule or cancel a booked site visit or installation by contacting us via WhatsApp or phone with reasonable notice. Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may affect future scheduling priority.
You agree to provide accurate contact, address, and property access information so our technicians can complete the requested work. Access to plumbing and adequate working space should be made available on the scheduled visit date.
To the extent permitted by law, Water Treatment Institute is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this Site or our services, beyond the value of the service or product purchased. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
All content on this Site — including text, images, logo, and design — belongs to Water Treatment Institute unless otherwise noted, and may not be copied or reused without permission.
Reviews submitted through our "Leave a Review" form are moderated before publication. We reserve the right to decline or remove reviews that are abusive, fraudulent, or unrelated to our services.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in the city where Water Treatment Institute is registered/operating.
